Booking & Reservations

How do I book a journey?
You can book online through our website in just a few steps. Enter your pickup and drop-off locations, choose your vehicle, select your date and time, and complete payment securely via Stripe. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with your booking reference.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require a minimum of 4 hours' notice for all bookings. For airport transfers and special events, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability of your preferred vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
How is the fare calculated?
Our fares are calculated based on the distance of your journey, the vehicle type selected, and the time of day. All prices are shown upfront before you book — there are no hidden fees or surge pricing. Government charges such as the Congestion Charge or ULEZ fee are included where applicable.

Our Service

Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we provide transfers to and from all six London airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, City, and Southend. Our service includes flight tracking and up to 60 minutes of free waiting time for arrivals.
What area do you cover?
We primarily serve Greater London and the surrounding areas. For journeys starting or ending outside our standard coverage area, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes, we offer corporate accounts for businesses with regular travel needs. Corporate accounts include priority booking, dedicated account management, and monthly invoicing. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Vehicles & Comfort

What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer a range of vehicles to suit every need: Standard Saloon for everyday journeys, Executive for business travel, XL/MPV for groups of up to 6, Premium XL for up to 8 passengers, and Luxury for a premium experience. All vehicles are modern, well-maintained, and fully licensed.

Can you accommodate passengers with accessibility needs?
We strive to accommodate all passengers. Please let us know about any accessibility requirements when booking and we'll do our best to provide a suitable vehicle and assistance. Contact us directly if you have specific needs to discuss.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available upon request at no additional charge. Please specify the number and type of child seats needed (infant, child, or booster) when making your booking so we can have them ready for your journey.
How much luggage can I bring?
Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type. Our Standard and Executive vehicles accommodate 2 large suitcases, XL/MPV fits up to 4, and Premium XL up to 6. If you have extra luggage, consider selecting a larger vehicle or contact us for advice.
